Privacy
This is a personal profile site. It does not run an account system, payment flow, or marketing pixel network. The notes below describe what is collected and why.
Analytics
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-oriented measurement product that reports aggregate page views and referrers. It is designed to work without advertising cookies and without selling personal data to ad networks.
Analytics is configured in the Cloudflare dashboard for this domain. If a measurement script is present, it is injected by Cloudflare infrastructure rather than a third-party advertising tag manager.
Hosting and logs
Pages are hosted on Cloudflare’s edge network. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, and URL path) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Those operations are covered by Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation as a processor and platform provider.

If you email hi@forleoliang.com, the content of that message is processed by your mail client and the mail providers involved in delivery. I use messages only to respond to your inquiry and do not sell contact lists.
Sub-processors
For this personal site, the primary infrastructure provider is Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and optional Web Analytics). There is no separate customer database or multi-tenant SaaS product layered on top of this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party retargeting pixels. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the experience is the same: there is no personalized ad profile built here. Any future change that adds tracking beyond aggregate analytics will be reflected on this page.
